I'm offering: One batch madeleines. Possibly multiple iterations thereof.
Additional Info: I can make these with regular wheat flour or with rice flour, for gluten-free types. I can also do them with butter or vegan margarine. But I haven't worked out a good egg substitute, so fair warning: these are not compatible with people with egg allergies or vegans.
On the shipping front, I am definitely willing to ship these anywhere in the US or Canada. And am willing to negotiate concerning overseas shipping.
Starting Bid: 3 GBP

I'm offering: One batch brownies (double chocolate, gingertastic or mole). Possibly in multiple iterations.
Additional Info: I can do these with either wheat or rice flour, though I would actually recommend the rice flour version, even if you don't need it; they're delicious! Similarly, butter or vegan margarine options are both available - and while I haven't tried doing these with egg-replacer, I'm little less leery concerning that with these, so if you really want them and need no eggs, I would absolutely be willing to try.
On the shipping front, I am willing to ship to anywhere in the US or Canada - and am open to negotiations concerning places outside North America. Cheers.

One batch (about 12 largish cookies) rose biscuits.
These are large shortbreadish heart-shaped butter cookies that look like chocolate chip shortbread only the 'chips' are bright pink because they are candied rose petals! (in fact, I adapted this from such a recipe).
They will be made with butter, cane sugar, Better Batter gluten-free flour, rosewater, madagascar vanilla and India Tree candied rose petals. I do not really feel comfortable working with margarine in this particular recipe, sorry. The GF flour contains rice flours, potato starch, xanthan gum. I cannot work with regular flour because I have celiac.
Starting Bid: 5 GBP
I will mail US priority mail from California to anywhere that US priority mail goes, but please check your country's laws regarding importation of foodstuffs if you are outside North America. They are hard cookies, not soft in the centre, and should be ok to mail priority mail.
Preferred Donations: I am OK with Japanese Red Cross, Oxfam, Shelterbox, &c. I am absolutely not OK with Salvation Army or any other anti-queer Christian missionary organisation that has been known to separate partners/families who come to them for help or refuse aid to people who are not willing to be proselytised at.
